Wrong or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item:

- Return process: Send the unopened, unused item to the return address we provide.
- Replacement: We’ll send the correct product at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Clear photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping box.
- Options: Receive a replacement product or opt for a full refund.
Note: Photo proof is required for all claims.
Returns
- Not accepted: Opened items or correctly ordered products, even if unused (for health and safety).
- Accepted: Only unopened and unused items if the wrong product was sent.
How to Initiate a Return or Claim

- For damaged/defective items: Send photo proof and order details to hello@lumi-luxe.com.
Return Shipping
- LumiLuxe covers shipping costs for incorrect item returns.
- Use a trackable shipping service. LumiLuxe is not responsible for lost return items.
Refunds for Incorrect Items
- If an incorrect item cannot be replaced (e.g., out of stock), a refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed after inspecting returned items.
